Volleyball camps for High School and Junior High School Players and Adults

Why is VolleyballCamps.Com the best place to learn the sport of volleyball? In a short period of time I will teach you how to correct your volleyball skills and help you begin playing the game at a higher level. I accomplish this through a highly successful system called the "Over-Correction Method". By mastering the Over-Corrections during a game of King/Queen of the court, you learn g how to download the skills until they become good habits. The secret is you have to teach through the eyes of the student in a non-intimidating environment.

Here is a quick self evaluation quiz for you:

Question #1. Do you jump up with your legs when you pass?
Question #2. Do you hit balls into the net, or out when serving?
Question #3. Do you hit balls from the shoulder when spiking?
Question #4. Do you set the ball to your hitters?
Question #5. Do you watch the ball when playing defense?

Here are the answers to the above questions...

Answer #1:
Advanced players bend into the ball at the waist when passing. It is how we control the ball and deal with power.
Answer #2:
If you are serving balls out or into the net, you are hitting the ball from the shoulder instead of snapping from your elbow.
Answer #3:
75% of your power is generated from your elbow and wrist when spiking. You also get a phenomenon called "Extension" when you snap from your elbow.
Answer #4:
Advanced players set the hitter not the ball. It is done by knowing what to watch when setting and keeping your hitters headed in the right direction.
Answer #5:
There are three things we watch when we play defense: The hitter, the hitter and the hitter. We do not watch the ball or block.
